We are a team of professionals who are passionate about what we do.

Chase Turner
Founder & CEO

Chase M. Turner is the Founder, CEO and President of ENG Developers, ENG Roofing, ENG Pools & Landscape, ENG Dirt Works, and ENG Custom Homes & Construction. His experience stems from his family’s legacy of custom homebuilding and real estate development in Southeast Texas, combined with the discipline of his own military service and leadership in sales and management. At ENG, he guides the mission, team, and services with a God-centered approach and family mindset.

His military background includes active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps and the Texas Army National Guard, where he has held the #1 Recruiter ranking in Texas for several consecutive years. He is completing his Bachelor of Science at Lone Star College (May 2026) in Energy, Trades and Manufacturing Management, and will continue on to a Masters in Construction Science at Texas A&M.

Cameron Cass
Chief Operations Officer

Cameron Cass is a seasoned engineering, sales, management, communications, and construction professional with an extensive track record in management logistics, quality control, field coordination, and regulatory and code compliance. Like Chase Turner, he is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served four years, and he has spent the past eight years as a small business lead, sales and general manager, field coordinator, and liaison between trades on government projects.

Cass holds OSHA and Asbestos training and accreditation, and has completed NICET Levels 1 and 2 (ITM).

Mike Turner
Director of Projects

Mike Turner holds over 40 years of experience in general construction and paved the way for his family’s involvement in the trade. A skilled professional in commercial, residential and industrial builds, he has been involved in projects like Tomball Hospital, Tomball College, B.J. Services and the Colorado Rockies ballpark. Mike strengthens the company with technical expertise and a traditional mindset that brings a competitive edge to a constantly changing market.

Morgan graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s in Public Relations and earned a master’s in Mass Communication from Stephen F. Austin State University. She brings experience in real estate development, custom homes, multifamily projects, executive support, and marketing. Outside of work, she enjoys hunting, reading, crafting, and spending time with family, including her son and two dogs.
